Internet is slow

  1. 1 Restart your router (power off for 10 seconds, then back on)
  2. 2 Test with a wired connection if possible
  3. 3 Run a speed test at fast.com and note your results
  4. 4 Check the status page for any outages
  5. 5 Contact support with your speed test results

No connection

  1. 1 Check if your router lights are on and normal
  2. 2 Restart your router (power off for 10 seconds)
  3. 3 Check all cables are securely connected
  4. 4 Check the status page for outages in your area
  5. 5 If the issue persists, contact support

Moving home

Submit a move request and we'll check if your new address is eligible. If we can't service your new location, we'll help you pick a clean disconnect date.
