Internet is slow
- 1 Restart your router (power off for 10 seconds, then back on)
- 2 Test with a wired connection if possible
- 3 Run a speed test at fast.com and note your results
- 4 Check the status page for any outages
- 5 Contact support with your speed test results
No connection
- 1 Check if your router lights are on and normal
- 2 Restart your router (power off for 10 seconds)
- 3 Check all cables are securely connected
- 4 Check the status page for outages in your area
- 5 If the issue persists, contact support
